There's nothing to spend these on yet. The shop is a separate decision — what matters now is that the rate is fixed against a price, so the first thing worth buying costs about two weeks of practice instead of nothing at all. A day you spoke pays once, however many reps you did.

One freeze per full week of streak, two maximum. Earned by speaking, never bought — and a frozen day keeps your streak without counting toward it.

Leagues open when there are 20 trainees to rank. Until then the only person to beat is last week's you.
